Consultations

• All consultations are non-refundable once scheduled.

• Follow-ups can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Remedies

• Remedies can only be returned if damaged or incorrectly prepared.

• To request a return, contact us at ahmadhomeoclinic@gmail.com with your order details.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the patient unless the error was on our part.
